Angela, the founder and creator of the centre, is on a mission to create an amazing experience for each and every client.

Conveniently located in East Maitland on the ground floor of the Village Walk arcade with lots of parking, our cente is perfect for both Hunter Valley locals and those visiting the area.

You will be greeted by your therapist and asked to complete a “client intake form” This form along with a general chat about any issues or concerns you may have assists your therapist in creating a treatment suitable to your needs. The therapist may then wish to check your posture for any obvious deviations, and to assess any areas that may need extra attention. From here your therapist will suggest a treatment plan and ask for your opinion or thoughts and ask for you to consent to the treatment.

Then its down to the best part! The therapist explains how to position yourself on the table, provides you with towels and leaves the room while you prepare for your massage. The therapist thoroughly washes and dries hands and arms and prepares mentally for the treatment. On returning to the room, the therapist will ensure you’re covered and draped with towels, so you feel comfortable, relaxed and safe. The therapist will encourage you to speak up if you are at anytime throughout the treatment feeling uncomfortable or would like the pressure or techniques adjusted.

Ideally, an hour or an hour and a half appointment is recommended for your first visit.
